Ashly Emmanuel founded Accentric.io after nearly 25 years building and leading customer success functions for some of Australia's most demanding enterprise organisations. Her career spans technical consulting, solution architecture, enterprise account management, and senior CS leadership — giving her a rare end-to-end view of what it actually takes to retain and grow customer revenue.
Most recently, Ashly served as Director of Customer Success for APAC at Plutora — an enterprise SaaS platform — where she managed a $5M+ ARR portfolio across 50+ accounts including NAB, ASX, NBN Co and Transport for NSW. She scaled her team from two to ten, reduced customer onboarding time by 50%, and sustained a 95% gross retention rate over six years. Before that, she stepped in as Chief Customer Officer at Enov8, managing a global client portfolio including Citibank, DHL and ANZ.
What Ashly observed across every role was consistent: businesses that invested in structured retention thinking consistently outperformed those that didn't — regardless of size, industry, or product. That conviction is what Accentric.io is built on.
Ashly holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Western Sydney University and is a founding member of the VSM Consortium. She is based in Sydney, NSW.
